At The Saanjh Collective, every piece is thoughtfully created and carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and limited production runs, we do not offer returns or monetary refunds. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be confusing, which is why we offer exchange against store credit only, subject to the conditions below. we do offer exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery as recorded by our courier partner. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?

No. We do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds.


Can I cancel an order once it has been shipped?

No. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request an exchange against store credit only.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must be returned in its original saleable condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Made-to-order or customized products.
  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items.
  • Accessories and jewellery.
  • Products with removed tags or damaged packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Dispatch of the correct item
  • Store credit

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or monetary refunds except where required. That is only when there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order delivered.

Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared with you.

For exchanges unrelated to manufacturing defects or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
